Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Standley collects, why, and what we do with it. Standley is operated by FerrandStudio LLC.

What we collect

For restaurant accounts: business name, location, owner email, payment method (held by Stripe — we never see card numbers). For employees: name, role, email. For QR scans: a hashed IP address, user agent, scan timestamp, and which review platform was selected. We never collect customer reviewers’ identities — Google and Yelp handle that on their own platforms.

What we don’t collect

We do not track customers across the web, do not use third-party advertising trackers on the scan page, and do not sell data. The customer scan page intentionally ships with the smallest possible footprint — every byte exists for a reason.

How long we keep it

Scan logs are retained for 24 months, then deleted. Business and employee records persist for the life of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then are permanently deleted unless you request earlier removal.
