Payments clear each vendor's oldest invoices first, with every allocation on the audit trail. standley never moves money — your bank stays your bank.

Payables & catering

Every bill in one ledger — cleared oldest-first.

Save a vendor once with their payment terms and every invoice dates itself. Record the payment you already made — from your desk or your phone — and it clears that vendor's oldest invoices first, with every allocation on an audit trail. The same login tracks the recurring bills and writes real catering invoices.

Vendor terms date invoices automatically — COD, net 15, net 30
Aging per vendor: current, 1–30, 31–60, 60+ days
Recurring bills roll forward when you mark them paid

Vendor bills

Invoices that date themselves and clear in order

Save a vendor once with their payment terms — COD, net 15, net 30 — and every invoice you log gets its due date automatically. Record a payment and it clears the oldest invoices first, the way vendors expect, with every allocation on an audit trail.

Rent, utilities, internet — the standing lineup

The bills that come every month live on their own tab with amount, cadence, and next-due date. Mark one paid and it rolls forward a cycle. Flag which ones are on autopay at your bank so the list tells you what still needs a human.

Catering

Catering that invoices like a business

Build a catering invoice from your own menu — guests, line items, service charge, delivery, deposit — and track it from sent to deposit-paid to settled. The next event and what's still open show up right on your dashboard.

On your phone

Overdue doesn't wait for the office

The owner app shows what's owed and lets you record a payment from the floor — the same oldest-first logic, the same audit trail. When the dashboard says $1,940 overdue, clearing it is two taps, not a trip to the back office.

Common questions

Does standley move or hold my money?
No. Your payments happen exactly where they do today — your bank, your card, your checkbook. standley is the system of record: it logs what you paid and allocates it against invoices so your books always know who's owed what.
How do payments get applied to invoices?
Oldest invoice first, automatically. Record one payment for a vendor and it clears their oldest bills in order, splitting across invoices when it needs to — with every allocation recorded, so any balance can be explained.
Can it remind me what's due this week?
The payables screen leads with outstanding, overdue, and due-this-week totals, and overdue bills surface on your dashboard's needs-you queue — on desktop and on your phone — until you've recorded the payment.
Is the vendor list separate from maintenance?
Same directory. The plumber you call from a maintenance issue is the same vendor whose invoice you log in payables — saved once, used everywhere.
